Martha’s Table Community Program is a charitable organization that provides prepared meals for people at no cost.
In Kingston, 1 in 3 households live with food insecurity, and our service fights back in a way that enhances
dignity, offers a warm welcome to those that find themselves, for whatever reason, in need of support,
and a hot meal and connection to community.
Last year we served over 160,000 meals. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, door-to-door delivered and takeout
meals round out our meal service. We operate seven days per week.
We also have Community Navigators to help people connect with existing support services such as
housing needs, medical, employment, addiction issues, landlord/tenant concerns, just to name a few
Our goal is to provide an urgent response to hunger while also supporting people on their path back
towards self-sufficiency.
We couldn’t do this without the support of our awesome donors and supporters! Thank you! We are not
funded by the city, provincial nor federal governments. We rely completely on individuals, business,
schools and churches, and those partnerships are truly appreciated!

They work tirelessly and with care to ensure that every meal is served with nutrition, flavour, and quantity
in mind—no one goes home hungry!
